Madrid, 15 de diciembre.- Indenova by Lleida.net ha sido acreditada esta semana por las autoridades de la Unión Europea en el marco del Reglamento eIDAS.
Esto significa que, a partir de ahora, todos sus servicios de expedición de servicios certificados cualificados para firma electrónica, sellos de tiempo y validación de firmas electrónicas cualificadas, sean automáticamente válidos en cualquier tribunal de la UE.
Indenova by Lleida.net se convierte así en Prestador de Servicios de Confianza Cualificado y pasa a formar parte de las listas de confianza (TSL) que publica en España el Ministerio de Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital y las de la Unión Europea.
“Estamos muy satisfechos de que, apenas unos días después de haber cerrado la compra de Indenova, ya nos esté dando alegrías, como es el hito de ser reconocida a este nivel en el marco de eIDAS”, explicó Sisco Sapena, CEO del grupo.
“Está claro que la inversión en i+D funciona, y es lo que va a asegurar nuestro crecimiento en el futuro”, añadió.
eIDAS (Electronic IDentification, Authentication and trust Services) es el reglamento europeo de para la identificación electrónica y los servicios de confianza para transacciones electrónicas en el marco comunitario.
Indenova fue adquirida en un cien por cien el pasado día 2 de diciembre por parte de Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) (EPA:ALLLN), tras proceso de due dilligence y la aprobación de la adquisición por parte de más del 98% de la Junta General de Accionistas de la cotizada.
Precisamente, Lleida.net fue, en diciembre del 2018, la primera empresa española en recibir la homologación EIDAS en el apartado de notificación certificada.

Indenova by Lleida.net, accredited by the European Union under the eIDAS framework
Madrid, December 15th – Indenova by Lleida.net has been accredited this week by the European Union authorities under the eIDAS Regulation.
This means that, from now on, all its services of issuing qualified registered services for electronic signatures, time stamps and validation of electronic signatures, will be automatically considered valid by any EU court.
Indenova by Lleida.net thus becomes a Qualified Trusted Service Provider and becomes part of the trusted lists (TSL) published in Spain by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation and those of the European Union.

eIDAS (Electronic IDentification, Authentication and trust Services) is the European regulation for electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions within the EU.
Indenova was acquired 100% on December 2 by Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) (EPA:ALLLN), following a due diligence process and the approval of the acquisition by more than 98% of the General Shareholders’ Meeting of the listed company.
Precisely, Lleida.net was, in December 2018, the first Spanish company to receive the EIDAS homologation in the certified notification section.
